The system is built around Contracts — these are the core building blocks you activate to participate in the referral structure. Each contract acts as a “cell” for attracting partners (referrals).

Key Principles

• Referrals — people you or your partners invite into the system

• Upline — your sponsor (the person who invited you)

• Cycle — a complete turnover of a contract from activation to reward

• Frozen Balance — funds that are “frozen” in the contract and unavailable for withdrawal

• Overtake — a mechanism where rewards “jump” to the nearest active upline if you haven’t activated the contract

2.1. What is a PEPEMEME Contract?

A PEPEMEME Contract is an activatable slot at a specific level (Contract 1, Contract 2, etc.).

To activate a contract, you freeze a fixed amount of PEPEMEME. This frozen amount becomes part of your frozen balance.

2.2. Activating a Contract

1. Select the desired contract and confirm activation.

2. The required amount is frozen on your balance.

3. The contract enters “Active” status and is ready to accept referrals.

Important: The same partner can be a referral on different contracts, but only once per contract.

3.1. What is a Cycle?

A cycle is a 4-stage process. Once complete, the contract ends, you receive a reward, and the contract automatically restarts.
